The latest balancing patch has landed this week on the live server. Patch 12.21 doesn't have many changes since it is the world championship patch. Riot targeted only a couple of outliers to keep the meta healthy without too many changes for the upcoming tournament.

Built Different I bonus Health: 200-350 increased to 250-400
Built Different II bonus Health: 250-475 increased to 300-525
Built Different III bonus Health: 300-600 increased to 350-650

Units
Nunu, Karma, and Lux were the primary focus of Riot during this patch. All received a couple of adjustments to keep their power in line with other powerful units.
Evoker Nomsy, Lulu Whimsy targets: 2 increased to 3
Nunu Consume Damage: 350/500/925 increased to 375/525/925
Nunu Consume damage amplification if the target has less Health: 40% increased to 50%
Karma Inner Flame Damage: 210/280/400 decreased to 200/265/380

Meta Implication
Following the latest patch, Jade and Warrior compositions will remain as strong as in the previous patch. Monolith Dragons are a good contender as well for being dominant throughout the upcoming tournament, but otherwise other comps look to be weaker compared to these.

Solo queue tier lists rank champions on win rate. We ranked all 173 on the prize money they actually earned: $380,308.98 across 523,950 League games in 12 months. The top three are Soraka, Zoe and Jarvan IV, and not one ADC made the cut.
