Gandalf earned $29K in 18 months backing players on Gamercraft. His strategy: analyze win rates and streaks, invest $50-200 per player for 30-50% returns.

Backing is a way to earn money using knowledge and talent, to analyse and support a player on a specific game. Instead of just playing games yourself, you can back other players with your money and earn profits when they perform well.
Here's how it works:
The best part? Most people don't even know this feature exists, which means there are tons of opportunities to find undervalued players before everyone else catches on.

While most players are grinding for their own wins, Gandalf figured out something way smarter: backing the right players can be more profitable than playing yourself.
🏆 Gandalf's Stats:
Total Earned from Backing: $29 843
Time Period: 18 months
Success Rate: 47.01% win rate
Biggest Single Win: $320
Average Profit per Back: $55.17
The crazy part? He started with just a few hundred bucks and built it up using a simple system anyone can learn.
We got Gandalf69 to break down exactly how he does it. Here's what he told us:
Gandalf69: "I've been on Gamercraft for like 4 years now I believe. Actually started playing ladders initially and sucked hard at it - got stuck in elo hell, kept losing money, haha. Then they started doing these backing events maybe 18 months ago? That's when everything changed for me.
My strategy is pretty straightforward - I analyze their win rate, Gamercraft score, and especially their streak. Are they on a hot streak or coming off losses? That matters huge. I've always loved sports betting - NBA and UK Premier League - and I realized backing players was pretty similar. The only difference was the moving odds, which I thought would be a problem at first, but long term it's not really an issue.
These winnings have literally paid my car lease for like 12 months, so whatever I'm doing is working. The secret? Volume and discipline. It's not about hitting home runs every time. It's about steady gains that compound over time. I typically see around 30-50% returns, sometimes way higher when I catch someone before they blow up."
Gandalf69: "I think I've deposited over 7-8k on the platform total, but I lost track honestly, haha. For individual players, if it's someone new I'm testing out, maybe $50 to $100. If they prove themselves, I'll go up to $100 or sometimes $200.
Oh man, the undervalued players - that's where the real money is. Since the odds are moving, you need to challenge your edge over and over again."
Gandalf69: "I Check their Gamercraft score and recent match history. Are they clutching important rounds or getting carried? I want specialists who grind, not variety players trying to be good at everything. The main thing is their recent streak and consistency. A hot player stays hot, usually.
Here's my trick: I always back twice on an event - once when it first comes out and then again right before it starts. That way I can double down if I still like my pick before the odds keep moving. Sometimes I change my mind though - maybe like 1 out of 15 times I'll use the refund option if I realize the odds aren't worth it anymore."

Keep notes on:
The opportunities are there. Players are being undervalued every single day. The question is: are you going to be the one who spots them first?
🎯 Quick Start Guide:

Remember: start small, be patient, and focus on making good decisions. The money will follow.
